came in charlotte to relax and have fun, this non-smoking hotel was perfect place for doing it. the location of the venue was marvellous, in the best neighborhood. we stayed for 1 night here, loved sugar creek district.

The hotel's location is convenient, surrounded by eateries and close to the freeway. the rooms had recent renovations, providing a comfortable stay. Guests can easily access food places nearby.

There are groups of homeless people and drug users lingering around the building.

It's quiet at nights, the management is pretty friendly and the price is affordable.

The coffee machine in the room is a joke, and the carpets don't look very nice

First night there was to much load music and carrying-on n the parking lot all hours of the night. The water sprinkler was covered with a piece of plastic guessing some people smoke n rooms when not suppose to.
